Ali Fraenkel

Ali is a facilitator, community builder, and experience designer who creates thriving intergenerational spaces. She guides transformation for people and teams while helping communities step into their next chapter of impact. She designs and leads learning experiences worldwide—online, in-person, and hybrid—and drives initiatives in participatory grantmaking and changemaker education.

Mentor Dida

Mentor Dida designs transformative learning spaces that empower changemakers worldwide. Known for creating impactful programs, he’s facilitated sessions for organizations like Meta, the UN, USAID, Ashoka, and Stanford. His experiential approach blends innovation and insight into human potential, helping teams and individuals unlock leadership and drive collective growth.

Cole Hoover

Cole Hoover is a facilitator, impact network designer, and coach who uses business principles to drive social and environmental impact. As former Director of Learning and Community at MovingWorlds, he helped over 1,100 social enterprises grow sustainably. He also co-founded Washington State’s first accredited social enterprise certificate at the University of Washington and has taught social impact since 2012.
